eGift Card Terms
- eGift cards are void where prohibited or restricted by law.
- eGift cards cannot be used to purchase eGift cards.
- eGift cards are not redeemable for cash.
- eGift cards are for online purchases only. They are not redeemable in-store.
- eGift cards are not valid until payment has been received and successfully processed.
- eGift cards will remain until redeemed or the original expiration date indicated on the eGift cards, whichever occurs first.
- If a purchase exceeds the amount listed on the eGift card, the redeemer is responsible for paying the difference at time of purchase.
- Original Murdick’s Fudge is not responsible for lost or stolen eGift cards.
- eGift cards are not valid or redeemable after the expiration date indicated on the eGift card.
- Original Murdick’s Fudge is not responsible for emailed eGift cards that do not reach the intended recipient for reasons beyond its control.
